You’ve received your [Intellipure Compact Unit](https://www.intellipure.com/product/intellipure-compact/?hsLang=en), now it is time to get it set up! To set up your new Intellipure Compact, carefully remove your unit from the carton and take off the dust bag that covers it. The dust bag prevents scratches and damage to the unit during transportation and is no longer needed. Next, remove the plastic wrap on the pre-filter and insert it back into the unit with the airflow and filter description facing up. Each unit comes equipped with one pre-filter and one main filter that will get you started on your journey to cleaner air. Find a dry and cool place to plug in your unit and remember: the unit is a plug-and-play design meant for indoor use only. Before powering on your unit, be sure to take off the magnetic front cover by using the two bottom tabs on each side of the unit — simply pull out and lift. Finally, inspect the unit’s power cord for damage.
